Film Insurance for filming at Harder Elementary School???

I’m looking to buy film insurance today for a movie shoot out in Alameda County?  At Harder Elementary School?

I’ve looked at some film production insurance in Lexington and small business insurance carriers in Lexington, but I’m only finding katyroom.com that had affordable insurance for my movie production.

It’s a School in Alameda, CA.

Can any one help?
