Film Insurance for filming at Happy Valley Elementary School???

I’m looking to buy film insurance today for a movie shoot out in Shasta County?  At Happy Valley Elementary School?

I’ve looked at some film production insurance in Lancaster and small business insurance carriers in Lancaster, but I’m only finding katyroom.com that had affordable insurance for my movie production.

It’s a School in Shasta, CA.

Can any one help?
