Film Insurance for filming at Hains Point???

I’m looking to buy film insurance today for a movie shoot out in Monterey County?  At Hains Point?

I’ve looked at some film production insurance in Dallas and small business insurance carriers in Dallas, but I’m only finding katyroom.com that had affordable insurance for my movie production.

It’s a Ridge in Monterey, CA.
